1. Rental Agreement & Operations

All Force Urbania vehicle bookings made on UrbaniaRentalBangalore.in are operated and fulfilled by SARA MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED (Brand Name: SARA CAB®). By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these rental terms.

2. Outstation Kilometers & Billing Rules

For all outstation trips, a minimum billing of 300 kilometers per calendar day applies.
Starting and closing kilometers as well as timing are calculated from our nearest designated Bangalore fleet garage to garage.
A calendar day is defined from 00:00 hours (midnight) to 23:59 hours.
Driver bata (allowance) is applicable per calendar day. Night driving allowance of ₹300 applies if active driving occurs between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.

3. Tolls, Parking & Inter-State Taxes

Toll plaza charges, parking tickets, and inter-state commercial entry taxes/permits are not included in the base kilometer fare and are payable by the customer at actuals based on official receipts.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 100% full refund or free trip rescheduling. For cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled departure, one day minimum billing charges may apply.
